A 501(c)4 organization, the Western Montana Chapter of SCI funds numerous conservation, humanitarian and education efforts throughout the year. These eff orts are made possible through the generous support of our members and interested businesses and organizations. While individuals and companies are often approached regarding a donation during our Annual Banquet planning, donations are accepted at any time of the year by downloading and completing our general donation form (temporarily unavailable).

Where do the funds go? 100% of our income is used by SCI with at least 70% staying here locally (see below for a listing of projects undertaken by the Western Montana Chapter in the last decade). When we apply for matching grants from SCI National for our projects we keep even more! Over the years we have averaged 85% of our funds being used right here on projects we select. In fact, since 1996, we have participated in projects totaling over $1.8 million by leveraging the direct contributrions raised by our members!
